Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://mrstevesautospa.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Mr. Steve's Auto Spa reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Mr. Steve's Auto Spa markets and arranges Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, Ceramic Coating, Headlight Restoration, Auto Paint Correction, Hand Car Wash. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Mr. Steve's Auto Spa (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Mr. Steve's Auto Spa reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mr. Steve's Auto Spa makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. Mr. Steve's Auto Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Mr. Steve's Auto Spa against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
